The 2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 Akrapovic Racing Hexagonal Full Exhaust Systems are designed for riders who demand the most from their exhaust system in terms of both quality and performance. The header tubes are formed using hydroforming technology! The Akrapovic Single Hexagonal Racing Full Exhaust System is almost 10 kg lighter compared to the stock exhaust system. All Akrapovic Racing Full Exhaust Systems feature exceptional production quality, hi-tech materials and of course increased engine performance combined with pure racing sound output. Please Note: The Akrapovic Single Racing Full Exhaust System is not compatible with the Kawasaki side cases. Please Note: The Akrapovic Dual Racing Full Exhaust System is compatible with the Kawasaki side cases. The Akrapovic Hexagonal Racing Full Exhaust Systems for the 2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 are available in a 4-2-1 or 4-2-2 configuration. The Racing systems use stainless steel header tubes, collectors and link pipes. The muffler outer sleeves are available in either carbon fiber or titanium while the outlet cap is available only in carbon fiber. The interior of the mufflers are also made of titanium. All parts are connected together with sleeve joints and held together with silicon shielded tensioning springs. The mufflers are attached to the motorcycle with carbon fiber clamps. 2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 Single Racing Exhaust System Dyno Chart Power & Torque: The power increase with the Akrapovic Single Racing Hexagonal Full Exhaust System for the 2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 is substantial and can be seen from 5000 rpm right to the top of the range. At 10470 rpm, Akrapovic measured 140.3 HP with a maximum power increase of 16.2 HP at 10400 rpm. The system’s effect on the torque and power curve is huge and strongest at midrange rpm. The main increase starts at around 2500 rpm and continues right into the over-rev range. All this results in a much smoother ride.
