The Akrapovic Short Conical Slip-On Exhaust System for the 2010-2012 Yamaha R6 offers a great balance between price and performance and represents the first step in the exhaust system tuning process. The slip-on exhaust system is designed for riders who are looking for a combination of performance, high quality, simple installation and affordability. You will also benefit from a substantial weight savings and your bike will take on a deeper and sportier sound. The change will be also visual as the Akrapovic conical shaped hexagonal muffler perfectly fits the exterior lines of the sharp edged 2010-2012 Yamaha R6 and creates a clean racing image. The Akrapovic short conical slip-on exhaust system muffler is available in stainless steel with a titanium sleeve or full titanium, both with a carbon fiber end cap. The muffler interior is made entirely of titanium. 2010-2012 Yamaha R6 Short Conical Slip-On Exhaust System Dyno Chart Power & Torque: The Akrapovic Short Conical Slip-On exhaust system allows the R6’s engine to spin more freely which is reflected in the power and torque curves. The amount of increased power expands as you go up the rpm range so that at 14560 rpm the rear wheel puts out 112.9 HP. Maximum increased power of 1.2 HP was measured at a screaming 14580 rpm.
