Each fitting is CNC milled for previously unseen precision fitment, reducing dangerous slop in fitment. Each CNC milled fitting is TIG welded to provide maximum weld penetration and strength. Each Pro-Rail kit comes with slider pucks made from the same UV resistant slider material as Shogun frame sliders. The uniquely shaped puck is designed to cushion impact and distribute it throughout the protection system instead of transferring force directly into the frame. Each rail is finished in a durable black powder coat to prevent corrosion and oxidation. Even the nuts and bolts used to mount the B2 Pro-Rail are coated and treated for maximal strength, fitment and finish durability. Nearly all applications of the B2 Pro-Rail offer installation without having to make body modifications. Each rail is bent from thick wall carbon grade steel tubing to guarantee the highest level of strength and durability. B2 Industries does NOT use large diameter thin wall tube or low grade steel. Only the best materials are used in the construction of each set of Pro-Rails.
Pro-Rails are constructed using deep penetrating TIG welds for superior strength at each joint.
All fittings are CNC machined from steel for precise fitment and the highest level of strength.
Each Pro-Rail comes with an Ultra High Molecular Weight plastic slider puck. The specially designed UHMW pucks are shatter proof and absorb impact energy into the puck instead of into the motorcycle’s frame and motor.
Each specially shaped puck is UV resistant and shaped to spread impact out over a wider area.
Each B2 Industries Pro-Rail is powder coated with a durable gloss black finish.
Each kit comes with coated hardware to reduce the risk of corrosion.
