LeoVince is seeing to the needs of the motorcycle world in a more and more extensive way. The new Carbon Fiber division has been set up within it to develop special carbon fiber components that are both aesthetic and functional for street bikes.All items are Full Carbon and are made completely from carbon fiber to guarantee structural resistance, lightness, quality and aesthetic effect.
Production work is carried out using an autoclave with moulds that are made to give each component a natural shine. All the carbon fiber parts developed for street bikes undergo a further process of transparent painting to bring out the aesthetical aspect and brightness of the carbon fiber.
In keeping with the LeoVince company philosophy, the whole working cycle is in-house right from the component design stage. This allows products to be tailored from a purely aesthetic point of view as well as from a functional point of view.
Components of the LeoVince Carbon Fiber product line are pre-holed and have all the small parts needed for installation in order to provide the customer with a ready-to-use kit that does not need further fitting.
