The LeoVince GP CORSA Exhaust Systems were developed exclusively for 250cc displacement 4-stroke motorcycles and offer the perfect balance between looks, performance and price. The silencer and pipes are completely manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite surface finish. Each individual item is cleaned by hand so that the product is free of any unsightly imperfections. The round design of the silencer was developed to limit noise levels, improve the engine sound and guarantee the perfect flow of exhaust gas. From their the MotoGP team involvement, the LeoVince research team has designed the tailpipe in the MotoGP Slash-Cut style. Internally, the silencer is filled with high heat resistance fibreglass that guarantees reliability and long life. The LeoVince GP CORSA Exhaust Systems are available with an aluminium or carbon casing secured to the chassis by a stainless steel strap combined with vibration damping rubber gasket. To further enhance the silencer, an aluminium LeoVince logo plate has been applied that highlights the Italian design by reproducing the colors of National flag. During development, the LeoVince R&D department used a dynamic test bench for the development of the manifold and silencer. The final result has been the application of large size exhaust ducts that ensure an optimal ratio between torque and maximum power. For those who wish to reduce the silencer sound, a dB-Killer is supplied with the LeoVince GP CORSA Exhaust System.
