LeoVince Advanced R&D
LeoVince products are designed in their own dedicated R&D facility using advanced CAD/CAM technology. Every prototype is run extensively on the dyno and once approved is tested on the track under the most severe conditions. In many cases LeoVince R&D works hand-in-hand with manufacturer factory race teams for further development.

LeoVince SBK
LeoVince SBK motorcycle exhaust systems provide substantial weight savings, increased horsepower and are engineered to run at peak efficiency with stock jetting or fuel injection settings. Every SBK system is engineered to provide specific power increases where needed throughout the rev range. Header and mid-pipe length, diameter and shape all play a part as well as the specifics of the canister dimensions and internal tuning. While other makers use just a few canister designs to fit the wide range of motorcycles, LeoVince uses more than 400.
LeoVince SBK Factory Corsa
Designed for track use only, Factory Corsa systems offer maximum performance for modified engines and the lightest possible weight. They are fully constructed with the best available CP1 Grade 4 titanium with 1mm sidewall thickness for the added durability that race conditions demand. LeoVince Corsa systems are developed in conjunction with manufacturer race teams and then made available to all racing teams. LeoVince SBK Factory Systems
SBK Factory exhaust systems are the top street systems available from LeoVince. They are constructed with a TIG-welded stainless steel AISI 304 mid-pipe (or full header) leading to an all-titanium or carbon canister with a carbon fiber end cap and mounting strap providing significant weight savings. They are designed to increase horsepower and run at peak efficiency with stock jetting or fuel injection settings.
