LeoVince exhaust systems are designed in their own dedicated R&D facility using advanced CAD / CAM technology. Every LeoVince exhaust system prototype is run extensively on the dyno and once approved is tested on the track under the most severe conditions. In many cases, LeoVince works hand-in-hand with the OEM manufacturer's factory race teams for further development. Most importantly, LeoVince is dedicated to providing performance and reasonable sound levels. Many LeoVince exhaust systems include a removable E-approved baffle that let's you stay quiet on the street, but is easy to remove for track day use. Every LeoVince exhaust system is truly made to measure and utilizes a specific geometric format for each engine to ensure maximum performance. LeoVince exhaust systems are tuned to enhance specific engine characteristics and address any shortcomings in the stock powerband. LeoVince exhaust systems creates long, linear powerbands providing you with a fist full of power anywhere and any time you twist the throttle. LeoVince's facilities are completely inclusive, including all aspects of production, stamping, welding, bending and carbon fiber molding. They do not farm out production to subcontractors. This ensures the legendary LeoVince exhaust system build quality. They even produce their own titanium rivets built to stringent tolerances. LeoVince SBK Factory R E-Approved EVOII Slip-On Exhaust Features: The result of a development that redefines the SBK Factory line of exhaust systems Combines style, finish and performance in full accordance with highway code regulations Full titanium casing has now been developed as a truncated cone Aerodynamic inlet has dual spring attachments to improve anchorage to the pipework Connectors are made of stainless steel AISI 304 with TIG welding where necessary New rear carbon tailcone has a dual asymmetric cut for enhanced style Attaches to frame with a carbon fiber strap with a rubber anti-vibration gasket Silencer external casing available in titanium or carbon fiber Tailored according to the specific engine model in order to boost the torque and maximum power rating Complies with European Standards Please Note: OEM saddlebags will not fit with Factory R Slip-On exhaust installed.
