The Yoshimura R-77 exhaust systems consist of a
trapezoidal shaped muffler sleeve that maximizes exhaust volume while
offering a sleek silhouette to flow with the lines of the motorcycle. The
innovative stainless steel or carbon fiber end cap features sharp edges for
attractive, eye catching appeal.
The Yoshimura R-77 slip-on exhaust systems replace the bulky stock unit. Along
with improving sound and power, the Yoshimura R-77 slip-on exhaust system
also reduces a significant amount of weight.
The Yoshimura R-77 slip-on exhaust systems are
available in an EPA compliant version which meets EPA noise emission
requirements of 80 dBA.
The Yoshimura R-77 full exhaust systems feature a 4 into 1 stainless steel
header with a single muffler, minimizing unwanted weight for the performance
oriented rider. The Yoshimura R-77 full exhaust system maximizes usable
power and torque throughout the entire RPM range providing optimum gains.

Yoshimura has invested millions of dollars in
manufacturing equipment to keep up with advancing technology. CNC cut off
saws cut pipe to length while multi-level CNC tube benders shape pipes to
exacting tolerances. Although Yoshimura uses some computer controlled robot
welding machines, the one constant that goes back to the beginning is that
